Algumas Alterações e Metas a Determinar

Ontem, quinta-feira, tive uma reunião com a professora Claudia, desta vez presencial. Para mim é muito mais produtivo ter reunião presencial e a partir de agora acordamos que irá ser assim. 
Como não me adaptei muito bem ao software que a professora sugeriu, comecei a fazer a listagem de aplicações no Excel. Falamos sobre o que é um Benchmarking, que consiste no processo de pesquisa numa determinada indústria, no caso desta dissertação será na industria de aplicações relacionadas com meditação, saúde e bem-estar e a tecnologia da realidade virtual. A seguir a essa pesquisa listada, será feita uma Análise Swot onde poderei comprar as aplicações e as suas funcionalidades. Estes processos serão feitos com o intuito de ver quais as melhores funcionalidade que a aplicação a ser desenvolvida poderá ou deverá ter.

Na próxima reunião, será avançada essa fase da Análise Swot, com a ajuda de uma plataforma ou site que ainda terei de pesquisar qual a melhor opção.

Estou satisfeita com a escolha deste tema, que era e sempre será o que me move: Bem-estar psicológico e poder contribuir para uma melhor qualidade de vida das pessoas com sintomatologia depressiva e ansiosa.

Yesterday, Thursday, I had a meeting with Professor Claudia, this time in person. For me it is much more productive to have face-to-face meetings and from now on we agreed that this will be the case. 

As I didn't adapt very well to the software that the teacher suggested, I started to do the application listing in Excel. We talked about what Benchmarking is, which is the process of researching a certain industry, in the case of this dissertation it will be in the industry of applications related to meditation, health and wellness, and virtual reality technology. Following this listed research, a Swot Analysis will be done where I will be able to buy the applications and their functionalities. This will be done in order to see what the best functionality the application to be developed could or should have.

In the next meeting, this phase of the Swot Analysis will be advanced, with the help of a platform or website that I will still have to research which is the best option.

I am satisfied with the choice of this theme, which was and always will be what moves me: psychological well-being and being able to contribute to a better quality of life for people with depressive and anxious symptoms.
